Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fragrance items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original KAYALI packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the original packing slip.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
